On March 19th, 2023, I will be joining team Kitten Rescue to run the 13.1 mile Charity Challenge to raise money to save homeless cats!
While I will only be struggling and suffering for 2-2.5 h, Kitten Rescue moves mountains every single day to give homeless kittens the help they need. Kitten Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless cats and kittens. While around 1800 of their animals reside in volunteer foster homes, the Kitten Rescue Sanctuary and Kitten Nursery in Atwater Village is home to up to 150 cats and kittens, many of which have special needs.
When you donate to my fundraiser you are helping to save the lives of cats and kittens who would otherwise not have a chance. Kitten Rescue is carried by people with big hearts - who created an organization with an even bigger heart - and relies on donations from the public to save the animals. The more money that I raise, the more lives they can save!
$5000 will run the Kitten Rescue Sanctuary for one week
